Customs info
For deliveries to countries outside the EU, customs duties are incurred in addition to the shipping costs, which we are unfortunately unable to quantify in advance. They depend on the respective regulations of the destination country. Customs clearance is handled by the forwarding agent (e.g. DHL Express).
Option 1: As the customer, you will be contacted in advance by telephone by the carrier when your delivery arrives in the destination country. He will tell you the amount of tax you still have to pay.
Option 2: In some cases (or if you could not be reached by phone), the deliverer will ask for the amount in cash at the front door.
