Application
1) Apply Base Coat Chrome Powder to the nail and cure in the lamp (LED approx. 15-20 sec. / UV approx. 60 sec.).
2) Rub the Chrome Powder onto the nail with the Sponge Brush until the nail has a mirror effect.
3) Seal the nail with Quick Finish GLOSSY.
