Instructions for use:
- Apply the color gel of your choice and cure. Dispersion or tacky layer does not need to be removed.
- Apply Crystal Cat Eye. DO NOT cure!
- Create a pattern of your choice with a magnetic tool.
- Then cure under UV/LED light.
- Seal. Done!
